lil Hank Aaron I knocked for ‘s Community Over Competition wall in Castleberry Hill. Some other artists are still wrapping up, but I’ll tag them when it’s all done. I’m not very good at portraits, but this was a fun one.

What better way to wish a very happy 15th anniversary to than with a very happy birthday cake? In all seriousness, thanks for all the fun and memories. Years of events and support for the arts. Thanks for letting me draw my stupid cartoons, which aren’t for everyone, but I get a kick outta them. This piece was partly inspired by a book I read as a kid, The Very Stinky Cheese Man, which holds a soft spot in my heart to this day.

Happy to be painting at this weekend. Yes, I’m out here painting for free. No, the organizers aren’t making any money either. Everyone puts effort into making something cool happen. If I didn’t want to do it, I’d stay at home, but I think it’s awesome. That’s why I show up every year. Thanks to Peter and John for all their hard work.
