East Dallas was founded in 2011, to bring together members of East Dallas' premier business and community advocacy organizations. Many of East Dallas' finest eateries contribute as Food Sponsors, preparing and donating their most popular dishes for attendees to sample.
$5 CASH at the door allows you the opportunity to network with roughly 300 East Dallas friends, neighbors and small business owne
rs, while learning about the organizations bringing us all together. All proceeds from the event benefit a local charity, and this year's recipient is White Rock Center of Hope. East Dallas has donated just shy of $11,000 to various charities taking care of our East Dallas neighbors in need. Past recipients have included the Aberg Center for Literacy, Alley's House, CC Young's Benevolence Fund, Dallas Services, East Dallas Exchange Club's "Coats for Kids" program, and Friends of Wednesday's Child.
