Cracked teeth are frequently encountered in everyday dental practice, yet their diagnosis and management often present a clinical dilemma. This presentation will review the clinical features and diagnostic approaches for cracked teeth, as well as the decision-making process involved in selecting appropriate treatment options. Representative clinical case studies with follow-up outcomes will be presented. A review of pertinent literature will support the discussion, emphasizing that endodontic treatment can be an effective option for preserving many cracked teeth.
