Ok, so just to catch everyone up that sent me questions on delays last week about our all purpose seasoning, here's what happened.

My regular supplier that supplies bulk seasonings for both our sausage and seasoning mixes, decided to raise prices - not just a little bit, but almost 40% right as we broke for vacation. Luckily, I had enough left to do the sausage side when we came back for this past market, but not enough to fill all purpose seasoning orders.

I've spent the last 2 weeks sourcing new vendors and have found some good ones that I'll be using going forward. The last of the shipments come in by the 9th, so we will take and fill any All Purpose Seasoning orders that come in after the 9th.

We really didn't want to raise our prices, as that would just have been easier, so, we thank everyone for their patience and see yall on the 6th!

Ok guys! Here's our menu for 5/30 for the Burleson Farmers Market . We'll be in spot E in the "food court".

- A new and improved Chicken Cordon Bleu (we received multiple requests for it, so we went back into the test kitchen and decided to use smoked ham hock instead of cubed ham steak for more depth of flavor)

- TSX Original Hickory smoked Polish Kielbasa

- TSX Original Hickory smoked Cheddar Jalapeno Polish Kielbasa (mild)

- Toulca Style Mexican Chorizo Verde (yes, the green one, also by request..)

- (Limited edition test batch)
South African Boerewors Sausage
(tastes like a sirloin steak marinated in English seasonings, like Worcestershire sauce and malt vinegar, and we've added a dash of jalapeno, because...well, this is Texas dang it, and we put jalapeno in and on errythang 🤣)

Just want to shout out CK creations from the Burleson Farmers Market . We purchased a SWEET large cutting board from them, and it works like a champ, as we are hard on boards with the amount of work we do. Craig and Kelly are really nice people too. Recommended!

Ok, so back from a well-deserved vacation and hitting the ground running. Many thx to those that have been patient, as we've taken some complaints for even taking vacation

We only have 4 days to do what we normally do in 2 weeks, so, we're basically working almost round the clock to get prepped for the 30th. If I haven't responded to questions, this is why. All issues will be resolved after the 30th.

In the meantime, here's a new and improved batch of Chicken Cordon Bleu with smoked ham hock. Definitely an improvement in flavor. See y'all on the 30th!

🚨TSX NEW ORIGINAL🚨

This idea was inspired from an argument with some jerk online about how sausage is "uninspired and boring". Anger can be a strong motivator if directed properly, so, Mr. Foodie Keyboard Warrior, how's this one -

TSX's Double Black Chicken Sausage-

Fermented black garlic, black winter truffle, asiago cheese, thyme, fried shallot, Baby bella mushrooms in white wine with white pepper and parsley.

We will debut a limited run of this on 5/16 of 4lbs only, at $15 per lb, as its costly to make.
