This is our TSX Original Vietnamese Chili Crisp Sausage. Its an umami 💣 of flavor. I may have to bring this one to the market.

Switching to roasted serrano instead of jalapeno for a spicier batch of Chorizo Verde as per customer feedback. YUM.

🚨UPDATE🚨

We like to keep y'all informed on what we're up to and what's next in the TSX universe, so here's what's doin'..

Due to popular demand (and successful R&D), we will be instituting limited breakfast and lunch options at the Burleson Farmers Market made on the spot.

Our goal is a brick and mortar in the form of a bar and grill, so we will be testing out menu items on y'all if you dont mind being our test subjects, lol.

We still have some small kinks to work out, but should be able to offer these tasty bites starting in July.

We will be in spot F this Saturday at Burleson Farmers Market. 9am to 2pm.

🇦🇷 Argentinian Choripan 🇦🇷

It basically translates to "Sausage bread", but is actually an Argentinian Chorizo on a toasted roll with chimichurri sauce over it.

The TSX version is our Argentinian Chorizo, tomato, spinach, arugula, homemade chimichurri sauce on a jalapeno cheddar Sweet P's Bakery ciabatta roll.
..yeah, its good. We are considering making a to-go lunch kit for y'all with each component individually vacuum packed. I'll probably bring a few prototypes to the market this Sat. for some lucky customers.
