Heavenly Father,

Thank You for seeing us through 2023, and thank You for 2024. Whether I see just this day or a year's worth, help me value the gift of life and make the most of each moment. In a world that can be hectic, noisy, and distracting, help me draw closer to You and love, know, and serve You better. May my words and deeds reflect the faith I profess. Help me to love, pray, forgive, and serve more. Help me to be more generous with my time, love, and resources. Should I meet unexpected trials and tribulations, give me the wisdom and strength to persevere and recognize and praise You for helping me become who You will for me to be. Father, I commit this new day and month to You. Come what will, may You be honored and glorified.

Heavenly Father;

It's the last day of 2023 and we just want to say.
Thank You for a year full of Blessings and Favor.
It hasn't always been easy, but You were always there to whisper in our hearts "keep going, with Me You can make it" We can honestly say that, WE NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT YOU!
We look forward to spending 2024 with You, and all of Eternity. May we continue to become more Christ-like, and walk in the Favor of the Lord. Thank You in advance for keeping us covered under the Blood of Jesus for the upcoming New Year. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I am beginning 2024 with a clear heart and mind. If I have wronged you, I am sorry (James 5:16). If you have wronged me, I forgive you (Colossians 3:13). If you owe me, your debt is paid (Matthew 6:12). If you are not speaking to me, know I am praying for and wishing you well (1 Timothy 2:1). Life is precious; there is no time for bitterness, grudges, and hurt (Ephesians 4:32).

Hello Neighbors;

As we wind down 2023 and prepare for 2024, I encourage you to make the time to rest your mind and soul, pray, and ponder. I hope this will be a life-changing, eternity-changing experience for you and all whose lives you touch.

What life lessons did you learn in this past year? What should you carry forward, and what should you let go? For some, it's time to let go of pride. It's time to apologize. Say, "I am sorry. It's my fault. What can I do to make it right?" and then do it. For some, it's time to let go of the anger, bitterness, and grudges you've held so tightly to. It's time to forgive others for the hurt they inflicted upon you. Forgiveness doesn't mean it's "alright" or forgotten, nor should you allow it to happen again or even to be reconciled. Forgiveness means that you trust that God knows. He was there; He heard and saw what happened and will hold each of us accountable (Romans 12:19).

We assume tomorrow will come; the reality is that none of us know when we'll breathe our last breath; the same holds for our loved ones. Tell people how much they mean to you and how grateful you are to have them in your life. Something as simple as a call or a text message is a great way to let someone know you love them and are thinking of them. Has it been a while since you visited? It may be time to meet for a walk, coffee, dinner, etc. Often, it's the seemingly small gestures that mean the most.

Whether we know one another in person or through the Internet, I am thankful that God has brought us together. In one way or another, you encourage, support, and challenge me to be a better person,Christian, and friend - I love and am thankful for you all.

Praying for and wishing your new year be filled with blessings, peace, joy, and, most of all, Love.
