$7.99/lb hanging weight + $350 processing fee. Free delivery to your door in the Dallas Metroplex included. These steers will yield approximately 230 lbs hanging weight per side. You will get about 80 lbs+ of top quality Wagyu steaks and about 80 lbs+ of quality ground beef per side. The larger steers will yield much more beef.
