What a weekend!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped in, celebrated with us, hosted parties, gathered with friends and family, or simply chose Longhorn for a meal and a good time. We truly appreciate the trust you place in our staff to help take care of your special occasions and everyday moments alike.

We’re grateful for the support from our local community and all of the visitors who make Garden Valley part of their adventures. Your continued support means everything to us.

As a reminder, Longhorn is available for private events and catering. Whether you’re planning something local or organizing an event from out of town, we’d be happy to help make it a success.

WOW… what a Memorial Day weekend. ❤️🤍💙

To our amazing community, visitors, travelers, and every single person who walked through our doors this weekend — THANK YOU. We were blown away by the support, the smiles, the laughter, and honestly… the fact that you all almost helped us sell out of EVERYTHING! 🍔🍻🔥

From the busy rushes to the chaotic moments, your patience and kindness meant more than you know. This weekend was nonstop, loud, fast-paced, and absolutely unforgettable — and we couldn’t have done it without all of you showing up the way you did.

Today we rest, recover, restock, and maybe drink a little extra coffee ☕😅… but we’ll be ready to do it all again this week.

Thank you for making Longhorn part of your Memorial Day memories. We appreciate every single one of you more than words can say.

Their sacrifice is the reason we get to gather with family, laugh with friends, enjoy the sunshine, and live the lives we love. We are forever grateful to those who served.
