Hey there ladies and gentlemen! My name is Christian Pirtle let me tell you a bit about me: I am a the owner of a small, family-owned farmstead in deep East Texas. I grow all sorts of vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs! I also raised my own waterfowl, poultry, and livestock as well! I've always been very culinarily inclined and I recently fell in love with the art of charcuterie a few years ago. Me and my Momma had a dream to create a mobile bar and charcuterie service so that we could incorporate some of the fresh ingredients and homegrown-feel from the farm aspect of our lives into a beautiful culture of togetherness and celebration! Wining and Fine Dining! Thus, Corked & Cured was born! 👨🏽🌾🥂🧀
Something that sets us apart from other mobile bar businesses or other catering services is that we have a passion for quality and freshness, as well as our good southern manners and etiquette! I spent years in the service industry as a bartender and a waiter working my way through college before deciding upon a more natural lifestyle of farming and self-sufficiency. I've taken multiple classes and courses on the art of charcuterie, and I love to bring a naturally delicious look to any occasion! We will be incorporating all sorts of fruits vegetables and herbs from our garden into our cocktails and charcuterie arrangements! Keeping in mind that some ingredients will be seasonal and so will the availability of fresh ingredients. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Another thing that sets us apart is our ability to provide intricate decorations, floral arrangements, and balloon towers and design themes to match any occasion or theme included in some of our packages!
With experience in both project management and event planning and hosting, we can also help you put together a wonderful experience for all your guests.
Legal proceedings and trademarks are in the works now. We are hoping to be open to serve the public with our southern charm by Autumn 2025!
We will be serving all types of events from social gatherings, work events, weddings/vow renewal, conferences, quinceaneras, and all types of events!
