This movement is not just for your grip but honestly for your whole body. In fact I would go so far to say it's one of the most UNDERRATED exercises you can do!
ππΎ: You can use barbells, dumbells, hex bar, kettle bells, cinder blocks, children, your girlfriend, anything that has weight!
ππΎ: You can go overhead, single sided, Incline, decline, whatever!
ππΎ: You're literally just trying to hold heavy weight, stabilize your body, and squeeze the hell out of EVERYTHING!
Add these into your workouts at LEAST 1x/week to improve your grip but also improve your physique, strength, and core stability πͺπΎ
