With back-to-back New York silver medals to its name, this red ale strikes a fierce balance between toasted malt richness and a bite of hop bitterness. Expect layers of caramel, biscuit, and a hint of toffee wrapped in a deep ruby pour. It’s bold, it’s comforting, and it’s got a little rage in the soul. Tradition, turned up.
