Happy Fall Y'all

I know several of you know I go crazy for Thanksgiving this year I wont be. But with that said. I will be taking a limited amount of orders for Smoked Turkey, Smoked Mac and Cheese.

I am also a trained pastry Chef. I love baking. I make cheesecakes, pies and more. So I will be opening up the food trailer oven to bake like crazy.

Le Mars Eagle Club off of 1st Street... come get your Grub On..

We have bacon wrapped brats, jalapeno poppers, nachos and pulled pork nachos, pulled pork sandwiches.

Pictured is loaded pulled pork mac and cheese and the other is jalapeno popper loaded mac and cheese. Scratch made Ranch for wraps and pico.

Pork shoulder is smoking.. Im about to make some fresh pico de gallo. Chicken breasts are marinating.. Will be getting the mac and cheese going soon for loaded Mac and Cheese!!

Hey all.. we have been off for a while. Hubby got injured and was hospitalized. But he is better now and we will be back out next Thursday at Fleet Farm.

With some new added stuff to the menu.

But I have a question.. we will be doing soup flights starting October. Is there any special soups you love? All soups will be made from scratch.
