Friday Night Live is back downtown with Hot Buttered Rum bringing the party, and The Beet is keeping the energy going all night long! 🍷🔥

Join us before the show, during the festivities, or after the music winds down for incredible food, drinks, and late-night vibes.

One of our absolute favorite fish has arrived — and we built something special around it.
Pan-seared Alaskan halibut surrounded by roasted radishes and sweet English peas. Finished with a bright ginger, lemon & mint beurre blanc, and crowned with a leek & spring pea pistoux — a French-style thick pesto that ties it all together beautifully.

Locally caught. Pan seared to perfection. Resting on a cloud of buttermilk gnocchi with a spring pesto of English peas and carrots.

Pair it with a glass (or bottle) of Dancing Rosé of Zinfandel — because if a wine is literally named Dancing, it’s basically telling you how to live. And honestly? We agree. Dance through it all, friends.
