Hi, this is Mo of Mo & Ray’s What The Cluck BBQ & Grill. We’re a veteran-owned BBQ business here in Clarksville. We’ve got a couple openings the next two weeks and wanted to see if anyone is interested in a BBQ pop-up for staff , customers or some low and slow cooked southern style goodness . We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by Three Rifles Distilling Co. yesterday and supported Mo & Ray’s What The Cluck BBQ & Grill.

Whether you grabbed a meal, stopped to say hello, or simply shared a kind word, we truly appreciate every one of you. We hope you enjoyed the food, and we can’t thank you enough for supporting our dream.

We also want to apologize for the limited menu. Like many small businesses, yesterday came with its share of unexpected hiccups. Between equipment issues, some supply challenges, and a few boxed packages of ugly , oddly cut ribs by a new company ,we had to make the best of the situation and get out as much food as we possibly could in a shorter time.

Starting a small business is a journey full of lessons, and every event teaches us something new. We learn, we adapt, and we come back a little better each time. Your patience, understanding, and encouragement mean everything.

To everyone who stood in line, waited patiently, shared a compliment, or simply believed in us—thank you. You’re helping keep this dream alive, one plate at a time.
