Some of the most common questions we get in regards to booking 👇
- Do we charge to rent out space for parties?
Only if you request we close to our other customers and serve you as a private party. If you only just want to take up a little bit of space and don’t mind the Brewery being open to whoever else pops in… no charge during our normal business hours. 😊
- What are the options for food for a party?
With enough notice, we might be able to schedule you a Food Truck or you may schedule your own if there is one you have a contact with. We also welcome you to bring in food anytime as well as order delivery or catering drop off. If grilling out is more your style, we welcome you to use our charcoal grills.
- Are kids allowed?
Always, just keep an eye on them of course
- what are the options for those that do not drink alcohol?
We serve a variety of sodas, bottled water, N/A beer and of course, our delicious homemade root beer on tap.

If you’ve been coming to SSBCO for a while you know we don’t have a standard menu. Our taps rotate all the time to keep a variety of new releases, old favorites and sometimes just things we wanted to try our hand at. In the beer fridge you’ll find 16oz cans of just the tried and true legends here. So this tap list is one we’ve had a couple of weekends now and it has been one of our most well-received from customers ever! It’s easy-drinking and even the non-beer drinkers have found something they’ve enjoyed on this one. When it’s gone it’s gone but until then come enjoy this tap list that hits hard on the uniquely flavored sours perfect for this hot weather and bring someone new so they can try it before it’s gone and get a better understanding of true CRAFT beer made right here.

Calling all local farmers and livestock owners! We currently have 5 barrels of fresh spent brewery grain ready to go!

Great for cattle, pigs, goats, chickens, and other livestock. Rather than letting good grain go to waste, we’d love to see it put to good use by someone local.
