We love music. That is why we do what we do, and it is why we are good at what we do. We believe that artists should have as much control over their care

ers as possible, or at least as much control as they want. We believe in working closely with artists to give them results that matter to them. We understand that making a living off of music is not easy. We know it takes time and a lot of hard work. We believe in understanding our artists goals, and we work with them to achieve those goals. We believe in solid organization and strong communication. We believe in building active teams around bands and making those bands the center of the teams. We believe in teaching bands how to sustain themselves.
