Wow! We haven't updated this page in a minute. That means you might not have realized that the hosts of the open mic (Tyler, Bobby, & Clare) now produce a monthly STAND UP SHOW! The first one is tonight and the lineup is very very good! If you like comedy, you're going to really like this show. Check out the flyer below, and buy half priced tickets online! Friendly reminder that we are NOT having the open mic tonight....because SOMETHING BETTER IS HAPPENING! Tyler and Bobby are putting on their first Schubas one-off show, Tyler and Bobby's Boxing Day Comedy Show which is featuring some of the best comics to ever come out of Chciago! Free show, but any donations made go towards the Foundations of Music Charity. Starts at 8pm, just like the open mic would, but it will be downstairs in the MAIN ROOM!

Merry Christmas Eve and happy 1st night of Hanukkah everyone! Just an FYI we are not having an open mic next Monday 12/26, but we are having a one off showcase!!! Tyler and Bobby's Boxing Day Special!!! Featuring the best comics in the country. Best of all the show is FREE with a suggested donation of 5 dollars, proceeds go to the Music Foundation! So cmon you're def gonna be sick and tired of your family by then, perfect excuse to get away from your family!

In just about an hour Schubas open mic is gonna be starting, where are YOU gonna be??? Lottery sign up at 730 mic at rumor has it that Jon Lester will be riding his World Series high and gonna drop in for a set!

Also Gary Johnson is gonna be there maybe?!?!?!

Ooooh baby we got another hot edition of Schubas open mic tonight!!! Come dress up and tell some jokes!!! The Cubs are still in it so Bobby will be in a great mood and the mans Mumford and Sons are still together so Tyler will be happy as well! 730 lottery sign up, mic at 8!!! Also Cubs pitcher Jake Arrieta will be there to warm up for the biggest game of his career!!!
