We believe that Peet’s has a unique opportunity to raise the bar on the treatment of retail employees in the corporate world.

On behalf of ourselves and the 3000+ other non-salaried retail employees at Peet’s, we have officially asked Peet’s for a living wage, sick days, reliable weekly schedules, and periodic merit pay increases.
