The Ministry of Magic has given us some amazing things from Pottery Barn Teen and Loungefly to give away at our Fantastic Beasts Secrets of Dumbledore Early Screening with LADA on April 14th at AMC Universal CityWalk 19 (Los Angeles)!

Come dressed in your best Fantastic Beasts-inspired 1920's to 1930's Wizarding World or Magical Beast costume for your chance to win one of these amazing prizes! We will be meeting in front of the theater at 5pm (before the 5:30pm luxury lounger screening) for a quick group picture and to award prizes to the best dressed Witches & Wizards.

Wondrous Wizarding Workout Wednesday is here!

Need a bit of magic in your at-home workouts? Miss seeing other Hogwarts students while staying safer at home? We've got the perfect workout for you!

Join the Los Angeles Dumbledore's Army for our first ever Wondrous Wizarding Workout Wednesday via Zoom! This workout is for all fitness levels as you can do it at your own pace with a Harry Potter twist!

We'll start off with Professor "Jelly-Legs Jinx" Jeannie who will do a warm up of wizard wand movements, Quidditch moves and creature transfigurations. Next up is Professor "Alohomora" Ana who will open the door to her 80's Muggle Mixtape workout and then conclude with Professor "Evanesco" Ellen who will cool us down with some syncopated sways, perhaps even a waltz!

Things you'll need to have/do:

- Computer, phone, tablet that can connect to zoom.

- Show your Hogwarts House pride with your Zoom virtual background

- Wear something comfortable, Harry Potter tees and tanks encouraged!

- Have water available, keep hydrated

- Have a cape, sheet, towel or something similar

- Wands are optional but not needed

- This a low impact workout for all fitness levels, take it at your own pace or even from a chair. Don't feel like you need to push yourself, this is all for fun.

We will be limiting this free virtual event to about 35 people, we hope you are doing well in quarantine and cannot wait to workout with you! Confirmed attendees will have access to the Zoom meeting link on this page and we will also email the Zoom meeting link and password the day the event.

J.K. Rowling releasing a new online book called The Ickabog for young readers!

The Harry Potter author said her new fairy tale would go online in installments, starting Tuesday, and published as a book in November.
