Psalm 91:2 (ESV)

“I will say to the LORD, ‘My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’”

This verse is a personal declaration of faith. The psalmist confidently proclaims four truths about God:

* My refuge — God is a place of safety and shelter in times of trouble.
* My fortress — God is strong and secure, able to protect His people from every enemy.
* My God — This is a personal relationship, not just an acknowledgment that God exists.
* In whom I trust — True peace comes from placing your confidence in God’s faithfulness rather than in your own strength or circumstances.

Psalm 91:2 reminds believers that God is both our protector and our defender, inviting us to trust Him completely no matter what we face.
