To Everyone!
First we want to apologize for not keeping you updated on our journey but we had our reasons which we will explain below.
Everyone knows that the craft brew scene and the people involved with these unique and great breweries are hard working individuals doing their best to provide you the greatest beers possible and give you a fantastic experience with different beer styles.
We are one of this people and we are proud to be a part of the craft beer family.
Some may know, some not but we are very well known in the craft beer industry, have helped, and supported many craft craft brewers and breweries in the country and have sold and installed hundreds professional home and micro brewing systems. We are happy to be able to help them but we most of all we are happy because we have new friends and a bigger family than ever before. Most of them did know us from just a phone call or an email but when we actually met the first time...it was being a part of their family knowing for decades.
That’s why we love and breath the craft beer industry and thank you so much for all the great friendships we have made since 2009.

But here the bad part of our story and we are sad to tell you after trying to fix an issue for the last 6 month because there is confusion and misleading of our name.
There is another brewery in town which started this year calling themselves also "Cape Coral Brewing Company" at 839 Miramar Street in Cape Coral and claiming they own the name before us, even though we are around since 2009 using this name in conjunction with our Brewing Equipment Company - MoreBeer4U. We started selling our home brewing equipment all over the country from a small 5 Gallon System to our 4 BBL System. This journey brought us into the craft beer industry, which just started in the USA and was exploding fast.
We than started selling and installing equipment for small craft breweries and brewpubs and than offered brewing courses, which hundreds of you attended over the last 5 years. With all that happening, we got deeper into the craft beer industry, which makes us today a very well known company in the craft beer industry and a huge part of the craft beer family all over the country.
Some may not know but we were the people fighting with the city of cape coral for over a year to change the ordinance to allow craft breweries and brew pubs in our city and into the down town area.
How ever for the last 6 month we have a battle to fight which we thought we can dissolve between “family member” but the “other” brewing company using our name told us they have the right to use the name because they filed the trademark before us even knowing that we use the name.
We had an international logo contest in 2013 and own the several domain name related to Cape Coral Brewing Company.
Sadly, they do not respect their craft brewer colleges and started a fight with hiring an Attorney rather than using another name or talk with us and see what we have in mind or how we can solve this issue.
We tried even after we received a letter from their Attorney to talk with them and find a solution but these people are not like all other craft brewers we know, because no one in the craft beer industry we know would try to hurt someone on purpose.
We than had involve our own Attorney but guess what, their Attorney did not respond one time to our attorney or even called back after requesting multiple phone calls. Than we got a notice from our Attorney that their attorney withdraw her involvement so we thought we go by their location and see if we can talk face to face like normal people usually do.
But guess what…
We were thrown out of their building and told that they own the name, use the name, that there is nothing we can do, and they were done talking with us!
WOW…unbelievable….what "great" people we now have in our craft beer community.
All we can say is that we are not done and we believe in Karma –
what goes around comes around!
We are moving forward, the architect is working on finishing our plans and we should get started with our build out any time soon!
