WHAT: A two day summer street celebration featuring live blues music, world-class ribs, a variety of quality non-rib food options, locally crafted items/art, children's activities, and a beer garden for our Blues/Rib-loving friends 21 and over. HOURS: Friday 5PM -11PM & Saturday Noon-11PM

WHERE: Historic Downtown Canal Winchester (radiating from closed intersection of High & Waterloo Streets). PARKING: On/Off-street public parking is available in the areas adjacent to the Ribfest grounds. Handicap tag/sticker parking available at the West Waterloo Street entrance east of Washington Street. As central Ohio's only all-Blues outdoor festival, our fest has drawn blues fans from Canada to Florida and as far west as Minnesota and rib aficionados from around the state! A rockin' disciple of the blues, Ray Fuller paid his dues in the 1980's, opening and sharing stages with Blues Royalty...Muddy Waters, John Lee Ho**er, SRV, Buddy Guy and so many more. FESTIVAL SET HIGHLIGHTS 🔥 🔥The Mudhounds Fri July 24 5:30-7pm

The MudHounds - Mississippi Hill Country Blues (Lafayette Indiana) kicked off our 2026 Canal Wi******er Blues and Ribfest! They came out BLAZING…so many compliments “I never heard of this band, THANK YOU, I love them!”
I LOVE hearing these type compliments about our bands throughout the festival. LOTS OF ATTENDEES have told me that you come to discover your next favorite blues band that you never heard of before. SOOO MANY festivals fall into a slump, hiring the same tired inner circle rotation of “known” bands- over and over. I love bringing you the VERY BEST TOURING BANDS we can find, known or not, that are worthy of our stages.
Otherwise, it’s like saying the world is flat if you only consider hiring the small inner circle circuit rotation.
The MudHounds opened for Ray Fuller and the Bluesrockers in Indiana and I/we just knew I had to bring them to Canal Wi******er!
How great it was to see early festival attendees wonder in and get an immediate thrill hearing this band!

Zayne - Blue Spectrum Guitarist WOWED early arrivals at the 2026 Canal Wi******er Blues and Ribfest!
UNCLE AL’s soulful vocals added an old school vibe to our fest that everyone enjoyed!

HARSHAW, diagnosed with autism at the young age of four, did not let anything stop him from his dreams of becoming a band leader. He is a self taught award winning guitarist.

Pianist, GENENE BLACKWELL on keys is musical miracle. She is blind from birth. Despite these challenges, the sound of music penetrated her entire being and has served as the conduit to her survival and success.

Together, their performance was a highlight of the days entertainment!

Brandon Santini Band made his 2nd appearance at the Canal Wi******er Blues and Ribfest! From the first time he played for us- we knew we had to get him back! Incredible soulful vocals, award winning harmonica, and the 🔥🔥 surprise addition of Noah Wotherspoon on guitar…. they were FANTASTIC!!
