Built with smoked beef patties, American cheese, special sauce, shredded iceberg, and B&B pickles on a Big Marty sesame potato bun, it’s the latest addition to our menu—and we’re celebrating all month long!

Boston.com just covered our 10th anniversary and the story of how our Pitmaster and Co-Founder Andy Husbands turned one Cambridge BBQ joint into six locations serving 500,000 guests a year. Spoiler: it involved a lot of smoke, a competitive BBQ obsession, and more than a few sleepless nights.
