Kicking off the 2026 wedding season with 𝓪 𝓹𝓲 𝓭𝓪𝔂 𝓽𝓸 𝓻𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓶𝓫𝓮𝓻

We had an absolute blast celebrating Sarah and Ryan at the Custom House in Portland. The building and wedding were both simply beautiful! The main event was definitely the champagne tower 🥂

What do I do after a contract is signed?

Communications: Reminders, notes, and follow ups.

Signature drinks: 𝐀 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡. Base, flavor profile, recipe development, garnishes and calculation of servings

Shopping list: Ensuring every detail needed to be purchased is correctly listed so it is an easy trip.

Design: Custom menu ( make sure everything is spelled correctly ) and the bar plan.
