So much to say real quick!

First thing is first, my round of the 21 day Fix has been going well, really enjoying my original workouts again! I am excited to start Fix EXTREME next week tho! It's been great getting back into the swing of things. The last couple of months have been a doozy! I love how easy the transition back into being healthy is made by using these programs by my girl Autumn Calabrese. She loves to kick my ass on the daily! And who doesn't love the burn?!

So the last couple months have been a little rough for me, with friends visiting from all over, me traveling, vacations, and working my butt off at the bar, I haven't had the time to really dedicate to my nutrition and working out every day. However, I've been mindful about the food I have been putting into my body. Shakeology has been a huge help of keeping me at least half on the wagon! Tomorrow i start again with the 21 Day Fix, i'm going to double up 3-4 days a week. This program makes me feel energized, healthy, and happy with myself.
