Today was such a lovely day in NYC; 17 layers of clothing were not needed, but just a sweater and light jacket. It had me thinking about spring cocktails and all the amazing ingredients that will be coming into season. Im loving how Strawberries and rhubarb are coming into season. Mondays are for cocktails mixed with bubbles…I mean why not! Incase you have not seen by now Belvedere has released it’s new Organic infusions. Not only is the fruits and herbs we use organic but also our rye vodka is organic. This is the Lemon Basil 75!  
-1.5 oz Belvedere Lemon and Basil Organic Infusions
-.75 oz Lemon juice
-.25 Honey water
-.5 pressed apple juice
-2 oz Champagne
Place all ingredients in shaker except Champagne . Shake and strain into coupe glass, and top with Champagne water. Garnish with Lemon wheel and Basil Leaf.

It’s the weekend!!!! So Let’s toast to clear Skys and empty inboxes…Hopefully. Looking to relax with an organic cocktail in hand well maybe my new favorite cocktail is right for you, this is the Belvedere Pear & Ginger Collins! What are you drinking this weekend?  
-1.5 oz Belvedere Pear & Ginger Organic Infusions
-.75 oz Lemon juice
-.5 Honey water
-Dash of orange bitters
-3 oz Soda water
Place all ingredients in shaker except soda water. Shake and strain into collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with Rosemary and cucumber ribbon.

FALL IS HERE!…So toss that pumpkin-spiced Latte and try something organic! This is the Belvedere Blackberry Lemongrass Organic infusions sour. A delicious blend of fall flavors with just a touch of sage!  
-1.5 oz Belvedere Blackberry Lemongrass Organic Infusions
-.75 oz Dry vermouth
-.75 oz Lemon juice
-.5 oz Honey Water
-1 egg white
Where is the sage?…its in the infusions!
Place all ingredients in shaker and shake without ice to froth egg white. Then add ice and shake and strain into coupe glass and garnish with mint and blackberry.

Not sure where you are, but here in NYC, it was hot and sticky! Tonight to fight off a long Monday I just needed something that came organically together, and this cocktail hit the mark. Have you tried the new Belvedere Organic Infusions…if not let me known, and if you have tell me what you think.
