Happy feel good Friday! It’s a great day to get out there & see/try something new!

Today I’m headed downtown Phoenix for a photoshoot, and then it’s off to the desert 🏜

Much different then days like this in New York City (which I’m already missing), but it’s photos and times like these with that remind me how fun it is to get outside, meet new people, and explore wherever you are 💫

When I think back to the recent Cali trip, I can’t help but feel beyond blessed to have crossed paths 🌌with such incredible women who are so kind, creative, inspirational and so willing and supportive in the idea of sharing their Bo***ir journey’s to inspire others! 💞✨

And it’s perfectly aligned that Lauren happens to be a Leo 🦁 because her presence can be summed up as The SUN 🌞

In Tarot, the Sun is debatably the luckiest card in the deck — Ruled by Leo, representing success, radiance and abundance✨

And just like Lauren, The Sun gives us strength and reminds us that no matter where you go or what you do, your positive and radiant energy will follow you and bring you happiness and joy.

Among her many gifts, she’s also an extremely talented singer and songwriter, who shares her Leo light and voice on stage! 🎤🎶

Meet Lauren ✨ When I asked her what advice she would give her best friend for a Bo***ir shoot, she responded with this…✨

“Make sure to yourself some love before the shoot, and tell yourself your beautiful because when you feel beautiful it shows!”

Two things that stand out to me from this beautiful & powerful piece of advice, is:

1. When you FEEL beautiful it shows, and what better way to feel beautiful then to tell yourself you are 💓

2. How often do we forget that the most important to hear admiration from is ourselves 🪞💯

It took me longer to get the “O” and crown symbol into the “Know” on the first page of this post, than it did to write my responses back for this recent interview I did with

Neither are perfect, but it was a great experience to be able to share a little of my story, where I’m at and my vision for the future & I wanted to take the opportunity to share it with you all as well.

And even if you don’t read through the interview, you can still marvel at my amazing design skills that one day I will outsource…but until then, I’m having fun developing skills I never knew I had 😂
