Mike Gallop, a barbeque aficionado, has been obsessed with good barbeque all his life. His parents were raised in the south and he was brought up on good ‘ol fashion, down home cooking. This, together with his sales background, makes him a stickler for detail and impeccable customer service. He too reads cookbooks, web posts, twitter feeds, BBQ Blogs and more to understand and uncover the nuances of quality food. In his spare-time he coaches lacrosse. He also taste-tests BBQ in every state he visits. Mike is an amazing time manager and prides himself on making every experience one to remember.

This Saturday, September 5, the 2026 Corn Maze & Fall Festival officially opens at Twins BBQ Co.

This year’s maze is inspired by Dolly Parton, and with the recent news of her passing, it means even more to us now.

We chose Dolly because of the joy, music, kindness, strength, and love for children she shared with the world. Now we get to open this maze as a celebration of all of that.

Come walk the maze, enjoy the BBQ, bring the family, and help us support Dolly’s beloved Imagination Library.

Fall starts this Saturday at Twins.
