Cattlemen's Cook-Off Its our Beef Cook-Off and you don't want to miss it. To be held at Camp Clarke Days in Bridgeport, NE. Applications are due by May 28th!

Its our 5th annual BBQ Beef Cook-Off and you don't want to miss it. To be held next to the b**r garden at Camp Clarke Days in Bridgeport, NE on June 4th! The piece of brisket provided will be a 15 pound whole brisket/trimming will be competitor's responsibility!
