A light, flavorful broth filled with fresh vegetables and seasoned with amarillo peppers and achiote. Just a touch of heat and a whole lot of flavor.

Cheese tortellini, Italian meats, fresh herbs and a light Italian vinaigrette make this the perfect summer salad.

🐟 Smoked Salmon Toasts
Herbed goat cheese, local smoked trout, fresh herbs, radish and capers served on warm, crusty sourdough bread.
