Hi everyone, I guess the word has gotten out cuz my phone's been ringing off the wall today. I figured it'd be just as easy to put a post out and let everybody know what's up.
I now have no cartridge left in my right hip.( I'm bone on bone) so Im going in 5:00 a.m. Monday morning for a total hip replacement. Due to my COPD I will be intubated and hopefully all goes well when they take it out so I'll be able to come home that evening. If not I'll be there for a couple of days. After surgery,I have to lay low for the first two weeks. No bending, stooping, house cleaning, cooking ect so if anybody has any leftovers send um my way.. 😂
Say a little prayer for me and
I look forward to seeing everyone back out on the dance floor in two to three months.🎵🎵

Good Afternoon to All You Moose Line Dancer
With sadness in my heart, I’m letting everyone know who has been attending my Tuesday Night Line Dance Social class for the past 8 years at the Bradenton Moose that I will not be teaching this upcoming winter dance season.
I have been told by my Doctors that I have to stop teaching a 2 hour class for at least 6 months. I have developed severe arthritis in my right hip along with torn muscles. Hopefully with hip injections or a possible hip replacement (if the injections don’t solve my problem) I will be able to return to the classroom next season.
I‘m allowed small amounts of dancing at a time so this upcoming season we will be continuing the Country Rockers Line Dance Team. This 2023 Dance Team is so talented and full of incredible awesome line dancers. They would make any instructor proud like me.

THANKS TO EVERYONE for all the support that you’ve given me throughout these past years. A special thanks to Iris Sherman, Jeff French, Rose Prim, Ed Evangelista and Pam Wingo for all the support and love you’ve shown me. I hope to be back in the classroom next year.

Good news!! I was going to try to handle this myself but came to my senses and arranged for the amazing Roxanne Winstead to teach us! She's an amazing dancer and a heck of a teacher too. AND, she's bringing some other members of the Country Rockers Line Dance Team with her so they're going to show us how it's supposed to be done!! Music will start by 6 pm for open dance, we'll let them show off a bit, and we'll have lessons from 7 to 8 pm with open dance afterward. Start off slow but right. VERY excited!!

Just got to give a big shout out to Iris Sherman. She has always had my back and again she comes through with flying colors. She got me an appointment with coastal orthopedics to get this hip and leg fixed up so I can start lessons back again. Love you girl to the moon and back 😘
