Beer-Can Chicken, local whole chicken from the always amazing Daniels Gourmet Meats, smoked low and slow at 180 for 5 hours then finished at 450 for 20 minutes for a crispy skin. Served with golden potato wedges, shallots (cause they won’t overwhelm the chickens natural flavor 😉) and a brown beer gravy from the drippings.
