Our own Addison created this cocktail .. it is a fragrant, bright, and quenching late summer sipper based on a classic Fish House Punch.
It features Rainbrew Makgeolli for their unique Makgeolli - their takju works incredibly well with ube to make a cocktail foam that gives a rich and earthy vanilla-peach pancake finish, which gets caramellized with a light brûlée.
