Connecting with the East Boston community is a giant priority for East Boston Oysters. This neighborhood is going through something really great right now and we want to work to create a community where we can gather, share, eat + drink without leaving this side of the harbor. Gathering our neighbors together for a night of smart, artful + thoughtful food, all sharing wine and laughter is the idea that really gets us going. We're doing it…through frequent popup dinners.

WE WANT TO COME OVER 🪩🎄🍾 Screw a “venue fee”, we’ll come to you. Think: Caviar pizza party with pizza boxes draped in Christmas lights, a grazing table of tinned fishies, soft cheeses, sznl fruits (hello pomegranates, passion fruits & figs), a “how the fu$K to shuck” table, bumps for everyone…. The list goes on and you know we have so many party tricks up our sleeve. Slide into our DM’s, shoot us an email… let’s make something happen. Last minute happens to be our specialty 🍇🍒🫒🪐🥀🐙🎅🏼

THE CAKE. This is a crucial part of any birthday but the ceremonial lighting & singing, cutting of the cake has been one of the best parts of our birthday parties (along with the large format bottles of champagne) 🧁🍰🎂 This particular cake was made by and was designed to look like a tin of our caviar on ice 🧊🖤 Every single year they have made us a cake that is too pretty (and realistic) to cut… but we always do. Currently, you can find the top of this cake (the most realistic looking caviar tin you’ll ever see) inside the caviar fridge .grocery next to a sign that says “NOT REAL”. Come n see it

One of my greatest pleasures in these 8 years has been meeting and working with 🔥 Adam is my favorite painter of all time and each time he’s done a live painting at a party, I’m completely blown away. Sundays painting itself is spoken for (I FINALLY OWN AN ADAM ODAY ORIGINAL!!) but he has graciously agreed to do this archival print on cotton paper, 16x20", signed and numbered (edition of 50). A lot of people don’t know this, but my cousin is my cheesemonger for .grocery. She helps every week to pick out what’s best for our little shop ❤️Last night, she built us a beautiful CHEESE CAKE. Today marks 8 years of EBO. Popping up in secret & obscure places is what has set us apart from the rest. The basements, the boats, the hotel suites. The dirty martini bar in the shower, the caviar on everything, the glam, the grit, the grander. Thank you for still continuing to trust us to throw you a party you’ll never ever forget.
