We are located along the Boise River in Downtown Boise and are ope

We offer twenty beers on tap, AnyTimers canned Cocktails, local wine from Split Rail and Cinder, cider from Meriwether + Highpoint, non-alcoholic options, merchandise for sale and a wide variety of beer to-go. Explore our brewery mezzanine to get a bird’s-eye view of our brewery production area! We don't serve food, but we have a full-time food truck on site daily. The return of North Fork Championships has us feeling some type of way! 🌊🍺🤘

This EPIC whitewater kayaking competition is deeply ingrained in the history and spirit of Payette. It all goes down right in our backyard on the Payette River, the very inspiration behind our brewery’s name!

After four years, the comeback of one of our favorite events did not disappoint. Back in action on some of the toughest Class V rapids, and bringing the energy with it!

IT’S GO TIME! 🏞️🔥 The Boise Trail Challenge kicks off TODAY (6/18–7/18) and we’re stoked to be back as one of the title sponsors for one of the raddest ways to explore Boise! The mission? Get out there and crush as many trails as you can—we’re talking ~160+ miles of wild, scenic adventure. And trust us…people start racking up miles FAST.
