We offer twenty beers on tap, AnyTimers canned Cocktails, local wine from Split Rail and Cinder, cider from Meriwether + Highpoint, non-alcoholic options, merchandise for sale and a wide variety of beer to-go. TRAIL DAY, DONE RIGHT!🤘🍺🌻
Another year, another day swapping pints for shovels and getting after it in the Boise foothills!

For 12 years running, the Payette crew has teamed up with Ridge to Rivers to help maintain our adopted trail, Polecat Loop. What started as a yearly giveback has become a full-on tradition, one that takes real grit. This isn’t a casual stroll…it’s breaking up ruts, rebuilding drainage, and hauling tools to keep the trail in top shape after the winter!

This year, we kept that momentum going and pushed it further, expanding our efforts to nearby Peggy’s Trail, a wildflower-lined single-track built for hikers and mountain bikers alike.

We had crew from all corners of the brewery show up, get dirty, and put in the work. And yeah, we wrapped it the best way we know how…with a few cold ones in hand!

12 years deep and still going strong, see you out there!
