Meet our newest special: Huachinango Red Snapper 🌊🐟

Premium, mild & flaky red snapper marinated in a pineapple-chipotle adobo, served over a crispy corn tortilla with cilantro-lime rice, black beans, fresh cabbage, pineapple pico de gallo, guacamole, pineapple aioli & salsa verde. Finished with warm tortillas on the side.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Reese ✨

Reese is one of those people who brings a lot of heart to the team. She started at Jima as a hostess, and has since stepped into an expo role! She’s hardworking, always eager to learn, and constantly looking for ways to grow. What she loves most about working at Jima is the people, getting to connect with our guests and build relationships with her coworkers. Reese says she always looks forward to coming to work because she genuinely enjoys the people she works with and the way we support and want the best for one another.

Outside of work, Reese loves concerts, traveling, and wake surfing. She’s currently studying Marketing and Sales at Boise State and will be graduating this December! She also spent last summer studying abroad and traveling the world, which is pretty hard to top. 🌎

We’re really grateful to have Reese on our team and can’t wait to see what’s next for her. 🤍

Employee Spotlight: Dylan! ✨

Dylan has been part of the Coa de Jima family for 4 years and has worn many hats along the way, from busser and expo to server and manager. Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made her an important part of our team.

When she’s not at the restaurant, Dylan loves to curl up with a good book, and spend time with her niece!

Her favorite thing about working at Jima is her coworkers: “We’re like a little family.”
