D'Waynes Bar-B-Q Amateur competitive BBQ team Just a man who loves to cook BBQ! Run by Cory Nygaard I am a barbecue entrepreneur from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Started getting interested in the art of BBQ a few years back once I was inspired by a National Champion. My love started as a hobby, but now I plan to enter a number of contests this year in the midwest. I am most known for my slow smoked ribs which I cook over hickory wood for four hours using my own signature dry rub and mop sauce.
