Noctem Hookah Lounge Noctem Hookah is a new lounge concept being brought to the BisMan area. So, if you are, or know any of these people, have them contact us!

We will be offering new hookahs, shisha (tobacco) and accessories for sale as well as a lounge-like atmosphere to rent hookahs, try new flavors and party with your friends. We will also be featuring local musicians/bands, artists, photographers and film directors. We will be have musicians play live in store, and hang/sell other forms of art across our walls! At the moment, we are working on getti

ng our doors open. We will be updating you all on our accomplishments and of course, our grand opening date!
