I would like to address some rumors regarding the Pub at St Marks.
Unfortunately, people are speaking about the rent and J P Mascaro wanting profits. Let me make clear that who ever leases the restaurant which includes the liquor license keeps all profits. There is no revenue sharing.
Secondly, the monthly rental is only discussed after someone shows significant interest and brings a proposal to the table.
First and foremost, we want to see a nice restaurant opened there and we would be open to lease proposals that make sense for MB Investments. Do not let innuendo and rumors prevent you from an opportunity that might be missed.
The name can be changed as well by the person that leases. Additionally, there is plenty of parking as we can use 30 spots above the Firehouse on the top level. Please recall that the Anvil was packed on Trivia nights and parking was never an issue.
As stated before, the inside has been completely remodeled with a 16 tap system and cooler and 30 seat bar among other attractive additions.
