I’m making my VERY favorite flavored loaf for you guys this week:
French Onion Sourdough
This loaf starts out humbly with nearly 20 pounds of onions, and we caramelized those down to nearly nothing. 🤣
While this onions cooked away, I shredded a ton of white cheddar cheese from Snowville Creamery, which really compliments the subtle sweetness of the onions, keeping this loaf on the savory side.
On Sundays after market, Brandon makes an AMAZING veggie scramble with even more cheddar cheese, and this toast is the perfect way to get it into your mouth. 🤤
