The heat has been brutal this week, but we didn't let it keep us down. We've got plenty of goods to go around this weekend.

Back on the menu this weeks is ZESTY PICKLE!

This is our MOST requested loaf for our River City Farmers Market crowd. Stuffed with as many petite dill pickles as the dough could possibly hold, with more garlic, onion, dill, and chili flakes for an extra boost of flavor.

We love to make ham & cheese melts with it at our house.

**This weekend is also our FINAL First Friday | Gallipolis, OH! Be sure to stop and see us in front of Musette starting at 6 pm until sold out.

(Also, if you're going to be in Gallipolis tonight, and attending the game, be sure to catch Empower's Golf Cart Shuttle from the GAHS's game!)**

Here's a little info on how it works when you want to use a voucher:

🛍️ Physical Voucher:
Included in this envelope are your physical vouchers. You can present these vouchers at ANY one of our outlets, including special events and pop-ups.

This includes Athens Farmers Market, Hope Homestead, Meigs County Farmers Market, and River City Farmers Market.

We’ll be doing a few pop-ups this holiday season and First Fridays in Gallipolis next year, these can be applied to your purchases there too.

💻 Pre-Order Coupon Code:
Each voucher will be marked with your custom coupon code. The total amount for your code is $70 for each “5 for $50” you purchased. If you wanted to purchase seven focaccias with your coupon or six Classics, it’s all up to you how YOU want to break it down.

To Use the Coupon Code:

1. Go to the online store.
2. Add your products to the cart as usual.
3. When on the check-out screen, add your code to the “Add Discount” field-box at the bottom of the page.
4. Then check-out as usual. You will still need to enter your credit or debit card number, but will not be charged for the order.

Sharing:
You are more than welcome to share your vouchers with anyone you would like. You can donate them. You can use them all at one time. You can space them out over the next year. Whatever works for you.

Expiration:
These vouchers are valid through August 2027.

ZESTY PICKLE SOURDOUGH
Although I’m unsure if this exact formula will happen again because I can’t find my preferred pickles anymore! So make sure you don’t miss out, this might literally be your last chance.

STONE MILLED WHOLE WHEAT SOURDOUGH
This has been highly requested for the last couple of weeks. We LOVE this organic flour, and it makes up 100% of the loaf. There no need to cut it with bread flour, because this stuff stands on its own.

A lot of people asked exactly what “stone milled” means. The wheat berries are milled using stone, which keeps the flour cooler and it maintains 100% of its nutritional impact. The ENTIRE wheat berry is left in the flour, unlike shelf stable flours, so it doesn’t need to be enriched for micronutrient impact.
