Breakfast of champions… or somebody preparing to survive two doctor appointments in one day.

Americano with 4 shots of espresso, rolled oats with dark chocolate and natural peanut butter.

Protein, fiber, caffeine, and just enough chocolate to keep me from canceling both appointments.

BUILT NOT BOUGHT: We didn’t wait for perfect.

These pictures show the primer going on and the first coat of paint finally giving the trailer some personality. But when our first two events rolled around, the roof still wasn’t finished.

So we did what small businesses do—we loaded up, went anyway, and figured the rest out as we went.

Blue Collar Brew didn’t begin as a finished product. It started with a deadline, a whole lot of work, and just enough stubbornness to open the window and start serving coffee.
