As of Yesterday (Friday, 3/10), we have been officially shut down by the County Dept of Health.

Despite our location being zoned in the town, to be a restaurant or bar, the current infrastructure (sewage/septic) does not support that operation.

As such, the D.O.H has told us we can no longer operate unless certain conditions are met.
We are currently working on a solution to be able to remedy the situation and reopen.

Consider this a detour, and not the end of the road. 1683 Taproom will be back!
