NEW THIS MONTH: The Excel Wellness Lounge

You know the questions. The ones you have been carrying around for months. Is this normal? Should I be doing something about this? Who do I even ask?

The Excel Wellness Lounge is a dedicated space inside After Hours at the Club where Baton Rouge's wellness practitioners bring their knowledge and wellness services to you!

Geaux Yoga: In the middle of our lounge, group sessions. A full nervous system reset. Sound healing, aromatherapy, yoga nidra, breath work, and curated sessions to meet every person exactly where they are, regardless of age, body type, or size.

Opulent House · 15-minute private mini consultations: A full-spectrum sit-down covering skin and aesthetics, whole-body health, and recovery therapies. Come with the thing you have been meaning to ask and leave knowing your options.

Mycocentrics · 10 minutes of expertise, then 10 minutes of personal shopping: Jordan, the founder, walks you through what functional mushrooms actually do and which ones fit what you are working on. Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, and Reishi, each studied for different effects on focus, energy, stress, and immune support. Then she shops her small-batch dual-extracted tinctures with you, one-on-one, so you leave with the right bottle instead of a guess.

Excel Wellness · Red light therapy and Q&A with Dr. Keta Sit for a red light session, one of the most studied non-invasive tools for skin, recovery, and cellular energy, then ask Dr. Keta anything.
