In addition to its compelling arts offerings, BPACC also provides opportunities for young thespians in the community. Students are invited to join our Summer Drama Camp which features individual week-long sessions throughout the summer and is a wonderful way to get your child involved in the Performing Arts. The show must go on! Music by the (almost) Lake is being moved inside BPACC due to rain. You don't need a ticket, lawn chair, or even sunscreen—we've literally got you covered. It should still be a fantastic time as Almost Elton John & the Rocketmen take to our stage, now with air conditioning and a roof.

Please help us keep our auditorium clean by keeping all food and drink to the lobby and patio. We'll still be joined by a few food trucks and you're welcome to bring a picnic as usual!

Join us from 6 to 9 PM for a night filled with fantastic free music and food trucks. Bring the whole family (and some lawn chairs!) and get ready to hop and bop to the Crocodile Rock!

Thanks to the City of Bartlett and Memphis Record Pressing for helping make these outdoor concerts possible. And don't worry—we're keeping an eye on the weather. In case of rain or inclement weather, Music by the Lake will be moved inside BPACC. Future updates will be posted on our social media and on our Music by the Lake page on BPACC.org.

Y'know, we've been getting a lot (A LOT) of calls about a certain performer of the idol variety lately.

While we can't confirm or deny who's on that lineup, we can share some important dates with you! Our whole lineup will be released on Friday, June 26, our second Music by the Lake date, and tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, July 27 at 10 AM. Until then, our lips are sealed!

(Okay, yes, it's a little cheesy.)

Well, how-dy! Each summer, Missoula Children's Theatre partners with BPACC for a week-long theatre camp that is free to attend and doesn't require pre-registration. This summer, Missoula Children's Theatre brings Beauty Lou and the Country Beast, a rip-roaring Wild West-themed adaptation of Beauty and the Beast.

Beauty Lou wants to congratulate the Blue Ribbon winner of the county fair's gardening contest, but instead finds an unfriendly and ungrateful miner. Upset by his behavior, Beauty Lou calls him a beast and wishes that he would look like one too. When Beauty Lou and her family later have to rely on the miner-turned-Beast to help save the family farm, both Beauty Lou and the Beast have to learn to look beyond appearances and first impressions.

This camp is open to grades 2-12 (rising) and will be held from Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26. Interested campers audition on Monday, June 22. If more than 50 campers audition, some may not be cast. This camp concludes with a public performance on Friday, June 26 at 12:30 PM. Tickets are $10 and will be on sale the week of the camp.
