I'm Lani Murray, and I created I CAN DO THAT! Painting Parties in response to the many canvas-painting events that are still popular in many areas. Let me tell you why my approach is different!

* You decide when and where - at home, a friend's house, church or office

* Answer a few questions, and I will design a painting just for you and your guests. You will be able to choose the

canvas size and price, as well, usually $35 and under! GENERAL INFORMATION

I will bring everything you'll need to create fabulous acrylic paintings! You provide the workspace and whatever refreshments you want to share with your friends. Paint along with me, with easy step-by-step instructions. Sessions can be up to three hours long, depending on the composition of the painting and the dynamics of your crowd! It's sure to be an enjoyable event! And the best part is that everyone goes home with a magnificent work of art! There's no need to doubt your artsy flair - just don a smock, seize the day and say, "I CAN DO THAT!"

SOPHISTICATED S***K - This 7" square composition is centered on an 8x10 canvas. Borders are painted white. But that SHOE! Nothing humdrum about that one! Colors can be switched up according to YOUR preference. A high-gloss glaze is applied to the shoe to make it pop. I think it walks fast, too! $30

I CAN DO THAT! Painting Parties is "Puttin' on a Bit o' the Green"! Here are some recent canvas creations for the upcoming Irish season!

The CELTIC CROSS is a 9x12. I used many shades of green in the background, but you may pick and choose your own color combinations.

SHAMROCK SHENANIGANS is a 6x6 gallery canvas with several ribbon trim options. "Shenanigans" because my shamrock has four leaves instead of three. You may opt for three, if you so desire.

So gather some friends, and we'll paint our way to St Patrick's Day!
