There’s something humbling about knowing our beef ends up around your family’s table.

The messages, photos, reviews, and kind words never get old. In a world with a lot of choices, the fact that you choose to support our family ranch means more than we can put into words.

If you’ve driven through Texas lately, you’ve probably noticed it doesn’t quite feel like a normal May.

Cool mornings. Rain sticking around. Grass growing faster than we can keep up with it.

And honestly, seeing the pastures this green is something we don’t take for granted.

The cows sure aren’t complaining either.

This kind of weather changes the whole feel of the ranch—everything slows down just enough to appreciate it a little more.

For us, it’s time with family, good food on the table, and a moment to remember why that matters.

This time of year gives us a lot of reasons to gather ❤️

Graduation parties, Memorial Day weekends, family showing up from out of town… and around here, one of those celebrations is extra special because our grad is part of it too.

And somehow it always comes back to good food and the people around the table.

If you’re feeding a crowd, keep it simple — a slow-cooked roast turned into pulled beef sandwiches or a slow smoked brisket are two of our favorite easy meals this time of year.

We’ve got the steaks, burgers, roasts, and grilling favorites ready when you are.

Make it a meal they’ll remember.
