Loving this tall, refreshing curaçao cocktail recipe from PUNCH
“Quit that Raquet” by Greg Best, Atlanta, GA:
1.5 oz London dry gin75 oz orange curaçao (or other 🍊liq.)75 oz dry vermouth (like Dolin dry)
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir with ice and strain “up” in a wine glass OR over ice in a tall collins-style glass (pictured) with 2-3 oz soda water.
Garnish with lemon peel and/or mint
