Save the complicated cocktails for an outing at one of our many great bars. When I drink at home, I keep it simple. My go to drink is the classic old-fashioned. I like mine with a high proof rye and to spice it up, I use a different syrup instead of simple. Today, I opted for as the sweetener. The orgeat adds a rich nuttiness to the cocktail.
