Join us on Tuesday as we shift the focus of Taco Tuesday, back to.... well, Tacos.

We've had a blast experimenting week after week with fun, flavorful, dishes that celebrate our culture, and this week we're cooking up crispy Fish tacos! Featuring Buttermilk-dredged and panko-breaded Tilapia, topped with an Asian-inspired umami-rich cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, and a squeeze of fresh lime - all in a trio of fluffy flour tortillas.

Available only this Tuesday when we open from 3-9pm, while supplies last.

Beer is weird. 🤔

The last time we brewed New American Classic, it was met with a lukewarm response. Brewer Ricky however, is stubborn, and loves our Modern West Coast IPA so much, that he ignored those statistics and brewed it again. This time around you guys have already drank half of this batch the few short weeks it's been on draft. It's weird how that works.

So now we're giving you what you've been asking for at the bar: New American Classic, once again back in cans. Available in our to-go cooler this weekend while supplies last, or until Ricky takes it all camping. 🏕️

Kuchi Kopi has informed us that we neglected to tell you about Whiskey & Wings Wednesday in our previous post.

The $5 pour of our finest h***h this week is Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year. It's a reliable go-to Scotch, aged in Bourbon Barrels for 11 years, before finishing in Spanish sherry casks for roughly 9 months. This double barrel process creates rich, complex flavors with pronounced oak-derived vanilla notes from extended aging.

Pair it with $1 Bourbon Adobo BBQ wings. We're here serving both up from 3-9pm today.

It's no secret that we love Bob's Burgers, after all, we put our own spin on the Bet it all on Black Garlic burger back in April and we continue to crank out innovative burgers every month like Bob Belcher himself.

Looking back at our humble origins, we reflect on the breweries that gave us opportunities to take our brewing from 5 gallon kettles to 10, 15, and 30 barrel commercial breweries, and the audiences that came with them.

When we celebrated a year here in Downtown Aurora, we wanted the opportunity to work with a homebrewer and give back the opportunity that was given to us.

Our friend Mike has been brewing here locally for years, and has collected more awards for brewing than we likely ever will. Together we brewed a kölsch built atop a complex grain bill that amplifies clean bready character, hopped with an experimental combination of new world & old world hop varietals that share some non-traditional characteristics, and fermented with an authentic köln-derived yeast from The Yeast Bay.

This project embodies the experimental nature of our brewery, with the attention to detail Mike has built a reputation on, and we're excited to debut it in a couple weeks. 🍻

Stop in and see us and try the other projects that excite us, flowing from our taps daily. We're here today until 9pm.

This is Marissa, she works here part-time, you'll hear her before you see her, she likes to bake when she's not here, her favorite beer is Foreign Chemistry, and six months ago she was terrified to balance the serving tray you see here.

We're looking for another Marissa to add to our Front of House team! We can teach you everything there is to know about beer, cocktails, and our tasty menu, but we can't teach you to be a great person - bring that part with you.

Flauta Friday is here at last. That's a thing, right? 🤔

Celebrate getting through another week of that work-hard with Peri Peri Chicken Flautas, topped with shredded romaine, cotija cheese, consomé crema, fresh pico de gallo, and a scoop of guacamole, no extra charge. Every time we make these they tend to sell out, so available while supplies last!

Our latest small batch can run is the one you've been waiting for. Our Mexican-style lager brewed with Habanero Peppers & Lime Juice lands in a small run of 12oz cans, in 4-packs so you can share with your favorite Primo.
