Calm Strips, care to say why Ups STILL doesn’t have a package you “shipped” over a week ago? I understand there was ONE federal holiday since, but if it shipped Monday… it should definitely be in the system by Thanksgiving.
I’ve tried to reach out at least three times via email and posting to their page but interestingly enough… my comments just get deleted. Sad to say they’ve already ruined any chance at me being a returning customer. 🙄 I also got two packages to spread the love to others who need to fidget/ground themselves/tick/whatever means they deem appropriate for themselves to function.
Their whole thing as a company is to help you calm yourself. My anxiety should not get worse from trying to give them business.
As a small business myself, yes, I will sometimes forget to take packages as soon as I have a label, but they go out within a few days MAX. They’re also a million times bigger than me and I’m sure they get packages picked up and/or dropped at a mailing place a lot more frequently than me, probably scheduled daily pick ups.
I’m sure I have friends here who have tried their stuff. Hopefully they didn’t have the struggles I am having with them. If you have experience with them and don’t want to post here, feel free to message me and let me know how they were with you. 😅
