We had the pleasure of pouring at a very swanky spot...a living room! Our customized menu of Whiskey Sours (with egg whites), Old Fashioneds and Kentucky Mules gave us jook joint vibes. Craft cocktails are so much fun!

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend!

INGREDIENTS
- Cranberry Juice or Hawaiian Punch
- Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid
- Sprite
- Ice
- Rum or Vodka

INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid, substituting water for Vodka or Rum

- Starting with the drink with the most sugar (cranberry juice or hawaiian punch), fill the glass 1/3 full.

- Move on to the drink with a lower sugar content (Kool-Aid).

- Pour this slowly and gently over the ice so that it does not disturb the cranberry juice, glass should now be 2/3 full.

- Finally, use the drink with the lowest sugar content (Sprite) and pour the same way until glass is full.

She suggested two excellent options for the demos and when we asked her to make some adjustments, she happily went back to the drawing board and suggested an even better drink.
